Locify was a mobile application providing a range of services based on the knowledge of the user location.
It connected GPS with the Internet, was free and was available for phones supporting J2ME. It also enabled browsing maps, using navigation, route downloads or point of interest downloads.
The application was developed between June 2009 and April 2010, however, the project was terminated due to the contract owner not being able to provide sufficient funding necessary for further development of the application.
Locify inspired the creation of the Locus Map tourist application.
